Dear Readers,

I am always on the lookout for great food wherever I travel. Last week I went to Florida. I found an amazing Vegan restaurant called “Sacred Space”.  It was delightful. I also looked for some authentic organic bread. I found a bakery, but the Challah was just not a Fri Night Challah feeling.

This week I will embark on baking 100% Spelt organic light and fluffy challahs. If you are interested please call me. I am sure they will be divine.
