Sourdough here we go!!

Many people are allergic to the chemicals used to produce yeast.

That is why a natural airborne yeast used to rise bread in sourdough agrees with people… even though they think they are allergic to wheat…

 

Well I finally did it!!

I accomplished!! I have a live natural airborne yeast bread starter.  It took me many tries but I finally found the right tools and the right containers and the right temperature..

join me at my cooking school and we will bake sourdough together.

What can be better than Sourdough Bread and Butter??
